AI recruitment software, compared on evidence
Every vendor on this page — including us — will tell you their AI improves hiring. This page compares what is actually shipped, at what reported price, with what candidate-experience record, as of June 11, 2026. Every claim is dated and sourced; pricing for vendors that don't publish pricing is marked as third-party estimates. Where a competitor is the better choice for your situation, the page for that comparison says so.
How we compare (methodology)
- Shipped beats announced. A product is only listed as available if it's generally available — "coming soon," sneak peeks, and announcements are labeled as exactly that.
- Third-party evidence beats vendor claims. Survey data (e.g., Greenhouse's 2026 Candidate AI Interview Report — 2,950 job seekers, five countries), court filings, disclosed incidents, and review syntheses; vendor self-reported metrics are always labeled "vendor-reported, unaudited." Ours included: until our own candidate NPS and completion instrumentation is live and the methodology published, we make design commitments here, not experience claims.
- Date-stamped and re-checked. This category moves monthly. Facts on this page carry their verification date.

The one stat to know before you buy anything
From Greenhouse's 2026 Candidate AI Interview Report (April 2026): 38% of US candidates have already withdrawn from a hiring process because it included an AI interview — and the top US reason (33%) was pre-recorded, AI-scored video with no human present; 70% said they weren't clearly told upfront that AI would evaluate them. Whatever you buy, the format and the disclosure are not details. They're the difference between a pipeline and a leak.
