What it is

Vettika for agencies is a white-label voice-AI first-round interviewer that lets a 10-recruiter agency run scored first-rounds at scale under its own brand. The traditional agency model caps capacity at the number of screens each recruiter personally conducts — typically 40 a month per recruiter. Vettika takes that ceiling off: the agent runs the 12-minute screen under your domain, the candidate never sees Vettika branding, and your recruiters spend their time on shortlist curation and client handoffs. Agency tier is $149 a month, includes 10 seats, 100 interviews, $1.00 per extra, and priority support. No-shows never count against the cap. First 3 interviews free before commit.

The agency capacity problem

Capacity caps at recruiter count. Hiring more is the wrong fix.

10 recruiters. 1,500 screens. ~$1.03 per interview.

A 10-recruiter agency running 150 first-rounds per recruiter per month is 1,500 AI-conducted screens. On Agency at $149/mo (100 included plus $1.00 per extra, no-shows free), 1,500 screens cost about $1,549 — roughly $1.03 per interview, with a published overage rate instead of an opaque “unlimited” promise. Compare that to an hour of recruiter time per screen at $50-150 in the legacy workflow. The math is the only argument you need to take to your partners.

FAQ

Questions agency owners actually ask.

How is the $149 Agency tier different from the $49 Pro tier?+

Four things. (1) White-label: your logo, your subdomain, your brand on the candidate-facing transcript and report. (2) 10 seats instead of 3. (3) A 100-interview monthly cap instead of 30, with overage at $1.00 each (vs $1.50 on Pro) — meaningful once you cross ~70 screens a month. (4) Priority support — Slack channel with the Vettika team for setup, escalation, and feature requests. Same engine, same compliance posture, same per-criterion scoring, no-shows free on both.

Can I bill clients per screen and keep the margin?+

Yes. Agencies on the tier typically include Vettika in the placement fee structure rather than passing through per-screen cost. At roughly $1.00-$1.50 of underlying cost per AI-conducted screen versus your hourly rate for the same work, the margin uplift is the entire point of the tier. No-shows never bill, so the unit economics line up with the work actually delivered.

Does each recruiter have isolated workspaces or do we share data?+

Each recruiter logs in with their own seat. By default they see only their own candidates and requisitions. Admins can view the agency-wide funnel. Per-client data segregation is enforced by client tag — useful when the same agency serves competing employers.

What about ATS integration for our client tools?+

Zapier today for Lever, Greenhouse, Workable, Notion, and a generic webhook. That covers most of our agency customers since clients often use different ATSes — agencies push transcripts and scores into whichever system the client uses. Native integrations for top ATS platforms are on the Q3 roadmap.

Compliance — what do we tell clients in regulated states?+

LL144 bias-audit log per session, EU AI Act risk-classification doc published, NDPR-aware. The candidate notice copy is configurable per-client so agencies serving NYC employers can drop the LL144-compliant disclosure into the invite. Full per-session audit log is exportable for client compliance reviews.
