02 — What we built

The recruiter sets the rubric. The AI runs the call. The recruiter reads the report and decides.

Vettika connects to a candidate over LiveKit's real-time voice infrastructure, runs a structured interview with Gemini 2.5 Flash — adaptive follow-ups based on what the candidate actually says — then delivers a full timestamped transcript and a rubric-scored report within minutes of the call ending.

Three things we deliberately didn't build.

Not a video platform

No recorded candidate videos, no facial analysis, no emotion scoring. Transcript text + your rubric. That's the scoring input.

Not enterprise-only

Our compliance stance

Built for the rules that exist today.

NYC Local Law 144 (AEDT) bias audit published and refreshed annually. Transcript-only scoring — no video, no facial analysis, no voice-affect inference — aligned with EU AI Act Article 5 (in force since February 2025). GDPR-compliant data handling. Candidate notice embedded in every apply-link flow.
