What it is

Vettika for talent scouts is a voice-AI first-round interviewer that screens applicants against a per-client rubric and ships white-label scored transcripts your client receives directly from your agency brand. Talent scouts and executive search operators typically place 3 to 8 candidates a month per scout, bounded by the number of first conversations they can hold in a week. Vettika takes that ceiling off: run 50 first-rounds in parallel under your domain, then spend your time curating the top 5. First 3 interviews free, no card. Agency tier with white-label, 10 seats, and 100 interviews a month (plus $1.00 per extra, no-shows free) is $149 a month.

The talent scout placement problem

Your ceiling is how many screens you can run yourself.

Was

Placement velocity capped at the screens you personally run each week

Now

Run 5× the first-rounds in the same week. Your judgment, applied to a wider funnel.

Was

Send a shortlist with a Google Doc and a paragraph of vibes

Now

Send a branded, scored transcript per candidate. Your client reads the actual conversation.

Was

Lose the placement because the client moved before you finished sourcing

Now

Day-of screening on every applicant. The shortlist lands before the role gets reassigned.

How a scout uses it end to end

From client brief to scored shortlist, under your brand.

01

Build the rubric per client

Pull the brief into a per-client template — opening intro, screening questions, and the scoring criteria the client actually cares about.

02

Route applicants through your domain

Custom domain on the agency tier. Candidates see your brand on the interview, in the transcript, and in their copy of the report.

03

Curate the AI-scored shortlist

Sort by rubric score, add your own annotation per candidate, package the top 5 with your read on each.

04

Hand off to the client with the receipts

Client gets your shortlist, the full scored transcript for each candidate, and the audit log. No black box.

5× your funnel. Same judgment. Same headcount.

A talent scout running screens themselves typically tops out at 20 first conversations a week. With Vettika on the front end, the same scout sources the same 20 hours of judgment to 100 first-rounds — and only the top 10 transcripts get the personal call. The placement rate per hour goes up; the scout-to-placement ratio gets fundamentally better.

FAQ

Questions scouts actually ask.

Can I white-label the candidate transcript with my agency brand?+

Yes — on the Agency tier at $149 a month. Your logo on the transcript header, your domain on the interview link, and your color scheme on the candidate-side report. The candidate never sees Vettika branding.

What about executive search where the first round has to be human?+

Executive search is not our category — we are explicit on this. The product is built for the first conversation in the funnel, which for exec searches is usually the source-and-warm step, not a screening call. If your placement workflow always starts with you on a Zoom with the candidate, Vettika is the wrong fit.

How does the AI know my niche — fintech infra, AI research, devtools?+

You bring the rubric and the question list. The agent reads them, asks them, and adapts follow-ups based on the candidate answer. For a fintech infra role, you might list "owned a payment ledger in prod" as a rubric criterion; the agent will press on specifics, dates, and scale until it has enough to score.

Does my client need to sign up for anything?+

No. You send them the transcript and report. The client reads, reviews, and decides whether to meet the candidate. They never touch the Vettika product unless you want them to. Your shortlist, your handoff.

What about candidates who would not interview with an AI?+

A real risk for senior placements. Mitigation: tag the role intake with a sourcing-only flag and skip the AI screen for warm-introduced candidates. For inbound applicants and second-tier sourced candidates, the 12-minute transparent voice format with kept transcript has been well-received — try the 90-second candidate demo yourself before you decide.
